Who I am

This website is run by Lee Corney, trading as Flo-Pro Bathrooms & Boilers. For the purposes of UK data protection law, I am the data controller for information you provide. Contact: floproheating@gmail.com, 07532 618564.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, Flo-Pro receives the details you complete, including your name, contact details, property information, project notes and any photos you choose to attach.

How it is used

Your information is used only to assess your requirements, respond to your enquiry and manage any work you choose to proceed with. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Lawful basis

I use your information to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to carry out any work you agree to, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping financial records.

How long I keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t go ahead, I delete your details and photos within 12 months. If I carry out work for you, I keep relevant records for up to six years to meet tax and legal requirements.

Storage and access

Enquiries and photos are stored privately. Access is limited to what is needed to respond to you and manage your project.

Who else processes it

Your enquiry is handled through my website hosting and form provider and my email provider, who store it securely on my behalf. I don’t sell your information.

Sharing

Relevant information may be shared with a trusted trade only where their involvement is needed for your project. Flo-Pro does not share your information more widely unless required by law.

Cookies

This website only uses essential cookies needed for the site to work. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal reason to retain it.

If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
